Your site works.
The system behind it is costing you.
I build websites and the systems behind them for service businesses. Audit, rebuild, ongoing support, delivered by one developer start to finish, and I publish the numbers.
Built with the stack service businesses actually run on
For businesses already taking on clients.
Where the money actually leaks
Not the design. The gap between someone finding you and someone paying you.
Typical starting state
- Inbound leadsSitting unworked
- Follow-upMissed or late
- CRMStale, untrusted
- HandoffsManual, on you
Most founders think they need more leads. What they actually need is a business that can handle the leads they already have, a site that converts them, and a system that follows up without anyone remembering to.
Three ways I fix what is costing you
I do not sell packages. I look at what you have, find what leaks, and fix it. Scoped and priced before anything starts.
Two more: website optimization and website audit
Five steps, each with a date on it
You know what happens next and when, from the first day. No open-ended discovery phase.
Audit
I go through your site, funnel, booking, CRM and backend, and find where the friction and the leaks are.
Plan
A written breakdown of what works, what is costing you, and what to fix first. In order, with reasons.
Rebuild
I fix or rebuild the parts that need it: site, client flow, intake, automation, backend. Scoped and priced before it starts, with 30 days of changes included.
Warranty
If something I built breaks in the first two months, I fix it. No ticket, no invoice, no argument about whose fault it is.
Support
After the warranty ends I stay on to maintain and improve it, if you want me to.
What you own
Most agencies build on accounts they control, and leaving them costs you the thing you paid for. Here is exactly where everything sits when you work with me.
- Your accounts stay yours. I work inside accounts you already own, with access you grant and can revoke in one click. I never put your business inside an account with my name on it.
- The code goes to your repository. Not mine, and not a zip file handed over at the end.
- If I disappear tomorrow, the site keeps running. It keeps loading, keeps taking bookings, and keeps bringing you inquiries. Nothing I build stops working on the day I stop answering.
- Any developer can take over. The code is standard, the tools are ones you can hire anyone to maintain (WordPress, Next.js, Notion, Cal.com), and the automation plan is written to be read rather than reverse-engineered.
Matted London: from booking by DMs to a system that closes
Google Search Console impressions in the first three months after the rebuild. 1,440 clicks, average position 8.6. Captured 26 August 2026.
- Booking ran on DMs and memoryStructured intake and booking
- Inquiries lost in the inboxEvery inquiry captured and routed
- A site that undersold the workA presence that closes
The final result feels premium and works smoothly.

You work with me, directly
I am not an agency, and you will not get handed to a junior. From the first audit to the final fix, the person doing the work is the person you talked to.
My focus is the system behind the business, not just the front end. I look at your site the same way I look at your CRM, your booking and your follow-up: one connected system that either supports revenue or quietly loses it.
I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets real attention. If we work together, I am in the detail with you.
More about how I workQuestions founders ask before we start
What exactly do you do?
I improve the system behind your business: your website, client journey, booking, intake, follow-up, automation and backend. I find where you are losing time, leads or revenue, and I fix it.
Do you only build websites?
No. The website is one part. Most of the value is in the system around it: how leads come in, how they are followed up, how clients are booked and onboarded, and how the backend runs. I work on all of it.
How long does a project take?
The audit takes 5 working days and the plan 2 more. A focused rebuild is usually 2 to 4 weeks after that, and larger builds with a CMS or custom pages run to 6. You get a dated timeline before any work starts, not an estimate that moves.
Can you work with what I already have?
Yes. I start with your current setup. The goal is to improve the system, not throw it out and make you rebuild from zero. Whatever already earns its place stays.
Do you rebuild everything, or improve what is there?
Whatever the situation calls for. Sometimes a few targeted fixes solve it. Sometimes a part needs a full rebuild. The audit decides that, not a default package I am trying to sell you.
Who is this for?
Founders and service businesses that already have an offer and some client flow, but the backend or client journey is messy, manual or leaking revenue. If nothing is running yet, I am not the right fit.
How involved do I need to be?
Heavy at the start, light after. I need a clear picture of how your business actually runs up front. Once that is set, I handle the work and keep you updated at fixed points.
What happens after the project is done?
You own everything: the code, the accounts, the documentation. Nothing is a black box and nothing is locked to me. Every build includes 30 days of changes, plus a two month warranty on anything that breaks.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, monthly, and it is optional. After the 30 included days I can stay on to maintain, tune and improve the system as the business grows. Plenty of clients take it and run it themselves instead.
Let's fix the system behind your business
Tell me what you have and where it is stuck. If it is a fit, we talk about what to fix first. If it is not, I will tell you that too.
