Websites for physiotherapy clinics in London

The course of treatment, not just the first appointment.

The first appointment books itself, because the patient is in pain and motivated. The fourth is where the money and the outcome are lost: they feel better, nothing rebooks them, and neither the clinic nor the patient finds out the course stopped halfway.

What you get

  • A page per condition, because people search back pain and knee rehab, not physiotherapy
  • Which insurers you take, stated where people look, alongside self-pay rates
  • Direct access made obvious, since most people still believe they need a GP referral
  • Booking that offers the next appointment in the course, not only the first
  • Nudges between sessions, so a patient who quietly stops is noticed the same week
  • GP and consultant referrals tracked, so the channel stops being a guess
  • You own the site, the domain, the booking tool and the patient data in it

Audit delivered in 5 working days

From the moment you send access, not from a later kickoff. The written plan follows 2 working days after that. The audit is £340 and comes off the build.

How it runs

  1. 5 working daysAuditI go through your site, funnel, booking, CRM and backend, and find where the friction and the leaks are.
  2. 2 working daysPlanA written breakdown of what works, what is costing you, and what to fix first. In order, with reasons.
  3. 2 to 6 weeksRebuildI fix or rebuild the parts that need it: site, client flow, intake, automation, backend. Scoped and priced before it starts, with 30 days of changes included.
  4. 2 monthsWarrantyIf something I built breaks in the first two months, I fix it. No ticket, no invoice, no argument about whose fault it is.
  5. Monthly, optionalSupportAfter the warranty ends I stay on to maintain and improve it, if you want me to.

Questions people ask before we start

Have you worked with a physiotherapy clinic before?

No. The published case study is a London personal-care studio, and the reason it is on this page is that the failure is the same shape: a business whose bookings depended on somebody remembering. If you want to see how I work before committing to a build, the audit is the small version and the free teardown is smaller still.

What does it cost?

Builds start at £3,400 and the audit is £340, deducted in full if you go ahead. For a clinic the figure usually turns on how many conditions need their own page and whether the rebooking and drop-off work has to run inside your clinic software or beside it. Every figure is on pricing.

Most of our work is insurer-funded. Is this still worth it?

Partly, and the honest split is worth knowing before you spend anything. A website will not send you more Bupa or AXA patients, because that flow is a contract rather than a search result. What it does change is the self-pay side and the drop-off rate, and drop-off costs you on insurer work too, since an abandoned course is an outcome your funder is also measuring.

Can it work with our clinic software?

That is what the audit establishes rather than what I promise upfront. The question is what your system will let an outside tool read and write, and the answers vary widely. Where it is closed, the rebooking and follow-up work runs alongside it, which is slower to set up and still beats nobody noticing that a patient stopped coming.

Who is responsible for the clinical and regulatory side?

I build to what the HCPC and your professional body require of a clinic website, and I put the constraints in writing during the audit so nothing surfaces after launch. I will not write your clinical claims or decide what outcomes you may advertise. That is yours, and a developer offering to take it off your hands is adding risk rather than removing work.

Our problem is capacity, not patients. We are already full.

Then do not buy a build, and I would rather say that here than discover it on a call. A full clinic with a waiting list has a scheduling problem, and the useful work is digital operations or nothing at all. Come back when the diary has gaps in it, or when the gaps are in the wrong places.

Not sure this is the one you need?

Book a free 30 minutes. Bring your site and roughly how many inquiries you get. You leave with the two or three things I would fix first, whether or not we end up working together.
