Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
ORD Studio takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies to all visitors to our website and to clients who engage with our services. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge this policy.
Information Collected
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you include in a project inquiry or message. When you book a call or fill out a form, that information is stored for the purpose of following up and managing the engagement. Separately, the site records aggregate page-view counts. That measurement is cookieless, is not linked to you, and does not build a profile. If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity additionally records a session replay of your visit, described under Analytics below. It is off unless you accept it.
How Information Is Collected
Personal information is collected only when you give it to us directly: by sending an email, or by booking a call through our scheduling tool. Beyond that, passive collection is limited to the aggregate page-view measurement described below, which sets no cookies and does not identify you, and, only if you accept it, the Microsoft Clarity session recording described in the same section.
How Information Is Used
The information collected is used to respond to inquiries, scope and manage projects, deliver agreed services, send invoices and project updates, provide ongoing support, and improve how the website communicates the studio's offer. We do not use your information for unrelated promotional purposes without your consent.
Sharing of Information
ORD Studio does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers only where necessary for delivering services. This may include hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, email services, and accounting or legal advisors. Specifically, when you book a call, your booking details, meaning your name, email address and the meeting time, are sent to Discord so that the booking raises an internal notification. These parties are expected to handle data responsibly and in line with applicable privacy standards.
Data Protection
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold. This includes using reputable and secure tools, limiting access to data to those who need it, and following standard industry practices. No system connected to the internet is completely risk-free, but we treat your data with care and act promptly in the event of any known security concern.
Analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, sets no identifier that persists between visits, and does not follow you to other websites. It produces counts, not profiles, and there is no advertising or remarketing pixel on this site. It runs whether or not you accept anything, because it sets nothing on your device.
Separately, and only with your consent, this site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used. Microsoft Corporation acts as a sub-processor for that. A Clarity recording includes clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, the URLs of pages visited, and your device and browser type.
Form fields and the calculator are masked, so nothing you enter is recorded. That includes the figures entered into the revenue leak calculator and the figure it produces from them, both of which are masked at source in the page markup rather than only by a setting in a dashboard.
Clarity does not load until you accept it. Declining, or simply not choosing, means the script is never requested. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, which returns you to the undecided state and shows the banner again.
User Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections if anything is inaccurate, or request deletion where applicable. To make a request, contact us directly at contact@ordstudio.cc. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and handle all requests in good faith.
Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable regulations. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after an update has been posted constitutes awareness of the new policy.
Contact for Privacy Requests
For any questions about this privacy policy, data access requests, or concerns about how your information is handled, reach out at{" "} contact@ordstudio.cc . We are committed to addressing privacy concerns directly and transparently.
